2010 BEAR MOUNTAIN SUMMER PICNIC 
 

        The annual Bear Mountain Homeowners’ Summer Picnic for 2010 will be held on Sunday, August 29th from 2-5PM and will be hosted by John & Marilyn Graham at 4796 Bear Mountian Drive.  The BMHOA will provide the main dishes and all the accoutrements, and beverages too, and we request that those attending with last names beginning with the letters: A through F, bring a dessert; G through P, bring an appetizer; and Q through Z, bring a salad or side dish.  This is our Annual Meeting as well, and officers for the following year will be elected.  If you are interested in serving your community, please call Jim Peterson at 303-674-8370.

ALL BMHOA MEMBERS ARE INVITED –– Now is the time to pay your annual dues (only $35.00) for the 2010-2011 year.  This gets you and your family admittance to the BMHOA Summer Picnic, as well as other benefits.  So bring a check with you to the event, or mail your payment in now (Use the Membership link to get a form).

 This is always a great party and if you are new, it is a fine time to meet your wonderful neighbors. RENTERS ARE WELCOME to join the association and come to the party.

As usual, we’d like to have some volunteers to help set up and clean up, and this would be greatly appreciated…  We hope to see everyone there, kids included!
